About the founder

Led by Mahe Pahariya.

Mahe brings deep technology and business experience, along with a practical understanding of how hiring decisions affect delivery, team performance, and growth.

He did his bachelors from IIT-BHU and MBA from IIM Calcutta. Both these institutes in India have an acceptance rate of less than 2%.

His work experience spans over 23 years in technology, primarily building and leading tech teams to deliver high performance apps. Through his work with stakeholders, he also understands what it takes for an app to become widely accepted within a company

That perspective shapes how Tech Scalerz works: ask better questions upfront, screen with more context, and help clients move faster with more confidence.
